Kuru Kuru Kururin
|
Kuru Kuru Kururin is a video game for the Game Boy Advance hand held console. The player controls a slowly spinning stick and must get it through a series of mazes without touching the walls. The player controls the direction and speed of movement (it is a 3-speed stick), but the task is made difficult as the stick rotates continually. Gameplay is very challenging and rewarding, and once the player has gotten through a level there are bonuses to collect, record times to beat, and a gold star for getting through the level without any accidents. The game also features multiplayer support that enables four-players to participate in the action with the use of a single cartridge.
Kururin was released in Japan and Europe but not in the United States. However, because the GBA has no region lockout, European games will work fine on a U.S. GBA unit, and apparently, even a player who knows no Japanese can navigate the menus in the Japanese version of Kururin.
A sequel entitled Kururin Paradise has been released in Japan and, as of this writing, is announced to be released in Europe.
