Kravica

Kravica (Кравица) is a Serb village in Bratunac county near Srebrenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 1991, it had a population of 357, of whom 353 were declared as Serbs, with no declared Bosniaks, Croats or Yugoslavs.
On January 7, 1993, Orthodox Christmas Day, Bosniak forces allegedly attacked the village. Men, women and the elderly were killed, among them were Mara Božić (born 1909), Vladimir Stojana Stojanović (b. 1915), Risto Koste Popović (b. 1920), Mitar Cvijana Nikolić (b. 1927). A total of 28 people were killed, and 29 perpetrators led by Naser Orić were allegedly identified by Serb witnesses.
