Krajenka

Krajenka is a town in Wielkopolska Province of Poland. It has approximately 4000 inhabitants and lies in Złotów administrative district, Zlotow County. Until 1945 it was a German town named Krojanke. The history of this town is strongly tied with names of many polish famous families: Danaborski, Kościelecki, Grudziński, Działyński, Sułkowski and Komierowski.City rights were given in 1420 by polish king Władysław Jagiełło. After the partition of Poland, in the period between 1772 and 1945 it was part of Germany.
