Knighton (Welsh: Tref-y-clawdd) is a town in Powys, traditional county of Radnorshire, mid Wales, lying on the River Teme. It lies by the English-Welsh border, the town's railway station being located in Shropshire, England.
Knighton is known for its well preserved section of Offa's Dyke, and it lies on the Offa's Dyke Path. Other attractions include a castle motte and an observatory with a solar telescope, a camera obscura and a planetarium.
