Jarosław Kaczyński (June 18, 1949 in Warsaw, Poland) is a Polish politician, the chairman of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (Law and Justice) party. One of the party leaders is also his twin brother Lech Kaczyński, former justice minister and today the president (mayor) of Warsaw, capital city of Poland. Jarosław Kaczyński is widely seen as Jan Maria Rokitas rival to the post of prime minsters of Poland, should PiS gain more votes then the right-wing Platforma Obywatelska party in the 2005 elections.
