Jack Cuthill
|
Jack Cuthill was the first commodore of Forth Canoe Club and was heavily involved with organising outdoor activities with Edinburgh Scouts at their Bonaly campsite and building canoes as part of the Compass Centre in Granton, Edinburgh.
Trees were planted in his memory at Bonaly campsite and the main building of Forth Canoe Club was named after him. When this building was destroyed the new building at Grandtully was named in his memory.
