Fair use for Saab 92
The image Saab92stamp.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright I (MH 21:33, 2004 Jun 10 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:
- it is a low resolution scan of an actual stamp in my possession;
- copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the original stamp;
- it does not limit the copyright owners' right to sell the original stamps in any way;
- the image on the stamp is significant because it represents a historic Saab 92 car;
- the picture is only being used for non profit and informational purposes;
- its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article and historical significance to the general public.
