The only information given by the source about this image is "Radar". We can deduce a few more things from this image:
- The dish rotates on a circular track
- The facility is in the tropics (because of palm trees)
- The dish is approximately 130 ft (40m) in diameter. The dish is about 580 pixels tall, and the building is probably about 10 (39px) and 20 feet (84± px) tall. The fence is probably about 8 feet (42 px near the same line where I measured the dish) tall (not including barbed wire on top). Based on the fence, the dish is about 110 ft in diameter. Based on the 10 ft building measurement, it's about 150 ft in diameter.
- This is not a weather radar, but probably a military surveillance device for watching the horizon.
