A map of Middle-earth, courtesy of the Encyclopedia of Arda (http://www.glyphweb.com/arda). It has been resaved from the .gif format, and reduced in file size. I believe that the loss of quality thus incurred is negligible.
I have uploaded two other maps from that same source. You may find them in the articles on Eriador and Beleriand.
