The first set of corrections from the CIA World Factbook [1] (http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/flags/hr-flag.html) are:
- yellow lions, red goat horns/feet in the fields of the crown
- darker shade of blue in the background of the odd fields of the crown, red background behind the marten
- coat of arms placed properly in the vertical middle, with four fields over the white stripe
- black border of the coat of arms replaced with red
- lighter shades of blue and red in the stripes
Other corrections:
- changed size to standard hoist of 302 px
To do:
- proportions (white part too narrow)
- determine which hues are the most popular, possibly base it on
