Spc. Sabrina Harman poses over the dead body of Manadel al-Jamadi, an Iraqi prisoner of war. According to the testimony of Spc. Jason Kenner, al-Jamadi was brought to the prison by Navy SEALs in good heath; Kenner says he saw that al-Jamadi looked extensively bruised when he was brought out of the showers, dead. According to Kenner a "battle" took place among CIA and military interrogators over who should dispose the body; eventually, it was packed in ice during and an IV was placed in the body. On February 17, 2005, Associated Press reviewed witness statements indicating that al-Jamadi had died after a half-hour interrogation, during which he hung from a barred window in the shower room used for interrogations by the shackles that held his wrists together behind his back. The names of the parties coordinating that interrogation are not publicly known.
