The Abbey Craig, a volcanic crag and tail near Stirling, Scotland. The name relates to the nearby Cambuskenneth Abbey (which lies on the far side of the craig). The historic Wallace Monument stands atop the crag, and the University of Stirling is visible in the lower right corner. This image was taken by Finlay McWalter from the side of Dumyat, on an oppressively hot and humid summer day in 2003. This image is licensed under the GNU FDL.
