Holsworthy, New South Wales
|
Holsworthy is a suburb in the south of Sydney, Australia, and is adjacent to Engadine and Heathcote.
It is most notable for a large Australian Army reserve, Holsworthy Barracks, where training missions often are carried out. This reserve however, is adjacent to the Heathcote Road (which leads to Bankstown and Liverpool) and signs can often be seen warning potential trespassers of the use of laser guided and conventional gunfire.
