Heru-ur (Stargate)

In the science fiction television show Stargate SG-1, the fictional character Heru-ur was a Goa'uld on whom the fiction claims the Heru-ur (Horus) of Egyptian mythology was based. Heru-ur was the son of Ra and inherited much of his empire after Ra was killed in the movie Stargate. He was also a fairly strong Goa'uld in his own right.
Heru-ur died when Apophis fell for an SG-1 and Tok'ra plan to make him believe that Heru-ur had attacked him during a meeting between the two in which they would join forces. The team reprogrammed a specialized mine in the minefield the two Goa'uld had agreed to meet in, that would home towards Apophis' Hatak, creating a minor explosion, and major suspicions.Template:Sf-stub
