Green Book (CD-i standard)

Template:Rainbow Books Green Book is the standard that defines the multimedia format for CD-i. It was created primarily by Philips and Sony in 1991.
The name "Green Book" was derived from its predecessor, Red Book, which was named after the color of the book.
Interactive CDs are very comparable to the DVDs. It was a CD with a menu, encompassing the interactive title.
