The Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg consists of the extended family of the sovereign Grand Duke. They hold the additional titles of Prince(sse)s of Nassau and Prince(sse)s of Bourbon-Parma, the latter of which gives them the style of His/Her Royal Highness as opposed to the regular His/Her Grand Ducal Highness. The current Grand Ducal family of Luxembourg descends from Adolph of Nassau. He was the first Grand Duke of Luxembourg to come from the House of Nassau-Weilburg.

The Grand Ducal Family Today
The current Grand Ducal family consists of the descendents of TRH Grand Duke Jean and Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte.
HRH the Grand Duke Jean I Benoît Guillaume Robert Antoine Louis Marie Adolphe Marc d'Aviano is the current Grand Duke's father. He was Grand Duke of Luxembourg from 1964 to 2000. He is a Prince of Nassau, born on January 5, 1921, and became grand duke when his mother, the Grand Duchess Charlotte, abdicated in 1964.
HRH the Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte of Belgium., the current Grand Duke's mother, was born on 11 October 1927. She was the Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, Princess of the Belgians, and Princess of Nassau. She died on January 10, 2005 from cancer. She is survived by her husband Grand Duke Jean, their children, and grandchildren. King Albert II of the Belgians is the brother of the late Grand Duchess.
HRH the Grand Duke Henri Albért Gabriel Félix Marie Guillaume is the current Grand Duke of Luxembourg. A Duke of Nassau, he was born on April 16, 1955. He was married on February 14, 1981 to Maria Teresa Mestre and became grand duke when his father, Grand Duke Jean, abdicated on October 7, 2000. Their children are:
- HRH Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, the Grand Duke's eldest son.
- HRH Prince Félix of Luxembourg, the Grand Duke's second son.
- HRH Prince Louis Xavier Marie Guillaume, the Grand Duke's third son.
- HRH Princess Alexandra Joséphine Teresa Charlotte Marie Wilhelmine, the Grand Duke's only daughter, born on February 16, 1991. She is a Princess of Luxembourg and a Princess of Nassau.
- HRH Prince Sébastien Henri Marie Guillaume, the Grand Duke's youngest son, born on April 16, 1992. He is a Prince of Luxembourg and a Prince of Nassau.

- HRH the Prince Guillaume Marie Louis Christian, the Grand Duke's youngest brother, was born on 1 May 1963. He is a Prince of Luxembourg and a Prince of Nassau. He was married on September 8, 1994 to Sibilla Sandra Weiller (the daughter of the Donna Olimpia Torlonia di Civitella-Cessi and Paul-Annick Weiller, and great-granddaughter of Alfonso XIII of Spain).

- HRH the Princess Charlotte Wilhelmine Maria da Gloria, Prince Guillaume's only daughter, was born on 2 May 2000. She is a Princess of Nassau and is the twin sister of Prince Léopold.
- Her Imperial & Royal Highness Princess Marie-Astrid, the Grand Duke's eldest sister, was born on February 17, 1954. She is Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau, Archduchess of Austria, and Princess of Hungary. She was married on February 6, 1982 to His Imperial and Royal Highness Carl Christian Maria Anna Rudolph Anton Marcus d'Aviano, Archduke of Austria-Hungary, who was born in 1954.
- HRH the Princess Margaretha Antonia Marie Felicite, the Grand Duke's youngest sister. She was born on May 15, 1957. She is Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau, and Princess of Liechtenstein. She was married on 20 March 1982 to His Serene Highness Prince Nikolaus of Liechtenstein|Prince Nikolaus of Liechtenstein, who was born in 1947.
- HRH Jean Félix Marie Guillaume de Nassau, the Grand Duke's brother, was born on May 15, 1957. Who was married on 27 May 1987 to Hélène Vestur, who was born in 1958.
- HRH Princess Marie-Adélaide Louise Thérèse Wilhelmine, the Grand Duke's aunt, born on 21 May 1924. She is Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau, and Countess von Donnersmarck. She was married on 10 April 1958 to Marie Karl Josef Erdmann Jakob Edwin Lazarus Andreas Alois, Count Henckel von Donnersmarck, who was born on November 7, 1928.
- HRH Princess Marie-Gabriele Adelgonde Wilhelmine Louise, the Grand Duke's aunt, was born on 2 August 1925. She is Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau, and Countess of Holstein-Ledreborg. She was married on 6 November 1951 to Knud, Count of Holstein-Ledreborg, who was born on 2 October 1919.
- HRH Princess Alix Marie Anna Antoinette Charlotte Gabrielle, the Grand Duke's aunt, was born on 24 August 1929. She is Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau, and Princess de Ligne. She was married on 17 August 1950 to Antoine Maria Joachim Lamoral, 14th Prince de Ligne, who was born on 8 March 1925.
- HRH Princess Charlotte Phyllis Joelle Marie, the Grand Duke's first cousin, was born on 15 September 1967. She is Princess of Luxembourg and Princess of Nassau. She was married in 1993 to Marc Victor Cunningham, who was born on 24 September 1965.
- HRH Prince Robert Louis Francois Marie, the Grand Duke's first cousin, was born on 14 August 1968. He is Prince of Luxembourg and Prince of Nassau. He was married on 29 January 1994 to Julie Elizabeth Huston Ongaro, who was born on 9 June 1966.
