In Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, Godzilla dies after defeating Destoroyah, a creature that was created by the Oxygen Destroyer weapon that killed the original Godzilla. The movie sees off after the destruction of Baas Island and a drastic increase the godzilla's power. Little one, as recognised from the prequel, 'Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla' features largely in this movie in both plot line and in character appearance.
