Gary G. Miller (born October 16 1948), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1999, representing the 42nd District of California (map (http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/images/preview/congdist/ca42_109.gif)). He was born in Huntsville, Arkansas, was educated at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California, served in the United States Army, and was a business owner, a member of the Diamond Bar, California City Council, and a member of the California State Assembly before entering the House.
