Garland is the name of two places in the United States:
- the city of Garland, Texas
- the town of Garland, North Carolina
Garland is the surname of some notable individuals:
- actress Judy Garland, best known for her role in The Wizard of Oz, and mother of Liza Minnelli.
- Confederate Civil War General Samuel Garland, Jr. (1830 - 1862), who was killed at Fox's Gap during the Battle of South Mountain.
- U.S. Air Force General William M. Garland (1908 - 1991), assistant chief of operations for the Eighth Air Force in the European Theater during World War II .
