Estrées-Deniécourt is a commune in the Somme département, Picardy région of France. Population (1999): 250.
It was the scene of heavy fighting during the Battle of the Somme. Probable unmarked burial site of Raynal Bolling, the first US officer of high rank to fall in combat.
It is one of the many hamlets in the north of France bearing the name Estrées.
The commune lies on the national highway N29 west of the River Somme and holds an annual brocante (flea-market) each June.
The Estrées-Deniécourt Military Cemetery, is located at the west end of the village and the German Cemetery is located on the way to the commune of Fay.
