Emperor Ming of Qi China

Qi Ming Di (Xiao Luan|蕭鸞 xiao1 luan2), (5th century), was the fifth ruler of the Chinese Qi Dynasty. He ruled from 494 to 498. His successor was the Marquess of Donghun, and was preceded by King Hailing. His Chinese era names were Jianwu (建武 jian4 wu3) and/or Yongtai (永泰 yong3 tai4).
