Elena is a video game character who was introduced in Capcom's Street Fighter III and also appears in two sequels. Her general attire consists of a white two-piece tribal uniform with red, blue and yellow bands on her neck, arms, wrists, and shins and gold anklets. She has white hair, blue eyes and tan skin.
As a Street Fighter III character, Elena does not have an official biography. She may have been born in Kenya. She comes from a nature-loving tribe. Elena's fighting style is capoeira.
According to facts in Capcom's old official storyline guides, Elena is a princess in an African tribe. Her father is a witch doctor but also has a PhD in medicine. She wants to travel around the world, meeting new friends along the way. It is obvious that she studies as an exchange student in Japan, where she met her best friend Narumi.
