Edward Randall Royce (born October 12 1951), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1993, representing the 40th District of California (map (http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/images/preview/congdist/ca40_109.gif)). He was born in Los Angeles, California, was educated at California State University, Fullerton, and was a business owner, corporate tax manager and member of the California Senate before entering the House.
