The name East Side or Eastside is used to refer to a number of neighborhoods and small communities in the eastern portions of larger municipal areas, especially in the United States. Some of these are:
- East Side Township, Minnesota
- East Side, Pennsylvania
- Manhattan's Upper East Side and Lower East Side
- Seattle's Eastside
- Oklahoma City's Eastside
- Eastside, Los Angeles
- East Side, Chicago
- The East Coast of the United States is occasionally called the East Side
There have also been films and TV shows with the name Eastside:
