Donald Keyhoe

Donald Edward Keyhoe (1897 - 1988) was a Marine Corps Major with The Pentagon's Naval Aviation Training Division. Upon retiring he took up a career in journalisim, specializing in Air Force reporting.
He is most noted for his writings on unidentified flying objects, which he called "flying saucers". Keyhoe typically wrote in a breathless, fast-paced style often found in pulp fiction.
He is a former director of the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP).
