Daniel Johnson

- Captain Daniel Johnson, (1629-1675), English buccaneer
Two persons named Daniel Johnson (father and son) played a role in Quebec politics, both serving as Premier of Quebec:
- Daniel Johnson, Sr, 1915-1968, politician, leader of the Union Nationale party and Quebec premier (1966-1968);
- Daniel Johnson, Jr, 1944-, politician, former leader of the Quebec Liberal Party and Quebec premier (1994).
The two Daniel Johnsons were father and brother of Pierre-Marc Johnson, who was also briefly Quebec premier in 1985 under the Parti Quebecois. Thus, within a period of 30 years, three members of the same family served as Quebec premier — each for a different political party.
