Catwalk
|
A catwalk is a narrow, usually elevated walkway used for walking. They are popular in use by models who may demonstrate clothing for observers.
Catwalks may also be used to hang lights above a theatre stage.
Originally 'catwalk' referred only to an elevated walkway, as on the sides of a bridge or in the flies above a theater stage.
Catwalk is also the name of a 1996 film directed by Robert Leacock.
