Cape Lookout is sharp rocky promontory along the Pacific Ocean coast of northwestern Oregon in the United States. It is located in southwestern Tillamook County, approximately 10 mi (16 km) southwest of Tillamook, just south of Netarts Bay. The promontory extends 1 mi (1.6 km) perpendicular to the coast, and is approximately 0.25 mi (0.5 km) wide at its base, tapering as it extends outward from the coast. Cape Lookout State Park is located on the north side of the promontory. The promontory is part of Siuslaw National Forest.
During World War II, the cape was the location of notable crash of B-17 bomber that collided with the cape. There was one survivor (the bombadier). A plaque on the cape memorializes the victims of the crash.
