CACI International Incorporated is a defense contractor headquarted in Arlington, Virginia, USA.
It was founded 1962 and went public in 1968 on the NYSE with the symbol CAI. Revenue was $843 million for the fiscal year 2003 and it currently has around 7500 employees worldwide.
The company has completed a string of acquisitions in recent years and in early 2004 bought American Management Systems's defense and intelligence business for $415 million in cash.
Recently emerged into public view as involved in the torture of Iraqi Prisoners.
