Célestin Le Roi Gaombalet (born 1941?) was Prime Minister of the Central African Republic from 2003 to 2005, and is currently the speaker of parliament. He was appointed as prime minister on December 12, 2003 to replace Abel Goumba, who in turn became President François Bozizé's vice-president. After Bozizé's victory in the 2005 presidential election, Gaombalet became speaker of parliament in June 2005, and he was replaced as prime minister by Elie Doté.
