Battle Island State Park

Battle Island State Park is a state park is located on the Oswego River in Oswego County, New York. It got its name from a battle that took place on a nearby island in the mid 18th century. The majority of the land was deeded to the state in 1916, the rest in 1938 upon which it was designated a state park.
The park is located on the east bank of the Oswego River, north of the City of Fulton.
