Margaret Mildred Ramsay, Baroness Ramsay of Cartvale (born 12 July, 1936) is a Labour Party is member of the House of Lords. She was made a Life Peer in 1996.
She was a diplomat from 1969 to 1991 and then worked for the Labour Party, as a foreign policy adviser to then Labour leader John Smith from 1992 to 1994 and as a special advisor to Jack Cunningham (then Shadow Secretary of State for Trade and Industry) from 1994 to 1995.
