The Association for Progressive Communications (APC) is an international network of organizations which provide communication infrastructure, including Internet based applications, for groups, individuals who work for peace, human rights, protection of the environment and substanibility.
The APC was founded in 1990 by
- the Institute for Global Communications (IGC), San Francisco;
- GreenNet, London;
- Pegasus Networks, Sydney
- and Web Netzworks, Toronto.
