Pagliacci

I Pagliacci is an Italian opera by Ruggiero Leoncavallo, who also wrote the libretto. It was first performed in Milan on May 21, 1892.

I Pagliacci is part of the standard operatic repertoire. There are a various recordings of it, and it is regularly performed, often together with Mascagni's Cavalleria Rusticana.
