Muay Boran

Muay Boran is the predecessor to Muay Thai, but its focus is on self-defense and it incorporates techniques which are forbidden in Muay Thai. Today many schools who claim to offer Muay Boran just teach Muay Thai and sell it under the name of Muay Boran.
