Manuel Belgrano

Manuel Belgrano (1770 – 1820) was an Argentine lawyer, politician, and military leader.

Belgrano was born in Buenos Aires.

He was creator of the national flag of Argentina in 1818.

Belgrano's portrait appears on the Argentine Peso $10 bill.
