Walter F. Frear

Walter F. Frear, formally Walter Francis Frear (October 29, 1863 - January 22, 1948), was the third Territorial Governor of Hawai'i from 1907 to 1913. He was appointed to the office after George R. Carter. Previous to his administration, Frear was chief justice of the Hawai'i Supreme Court. He was a member of the Hawai'i Republican Party.
