Subway
As far as I know, the Maharashtra government still has a long way to go before all the formalities are completed, before even the construction of the Bombay subway is started. I don't think that this will see the light of day so soon, the costs of the subway are exhorbitant. A cheaper transport system such as the elevated railway, as promoted by the Konkan Railways, is more likely to materialise than the subway. Let us stick to present modes of transports.
