Dear Levzur,

I am sorry about your decision to leave wiki. I know there are facts you have to offer. But you must realise that your facts are not the only facts. Do you remember when you said Hurrian was not an Alarodian language? This was just because either you prefered the word Hurrit or did not know the word Hurrian. Wiki has certain rules which must be obeyed otherwise we will be persecuted. Using the most popular English phrases for a topic is one such rule. Hence Hurrian wins over Hurrit. Moreover Hurrit is likely to be omitted from an article unless you provide a reference for its use.

This is just one example your main problem was inability to reconcile your POV with the POV of others. Maybe they were also guilty, but clear and sensible discussion is the route to acceptance of any valid POV and the prevalence of truely NPOV. Remember Wiki takes time. Your articles do seem very heavily in the Georgian bias and that does not help. I for example am loning to say that many of the things attributed to the Phoenicians should actually be attributed to the Israelite tribe of Dan but I know what kind of reaction this would receive even if I do provide the substantial Hebrew source references. The fact that there are no sources available from non jewish writers on the subject makes it veryu difficult for me to seem neutral if I post this. I probably could post this as a fringe idea no matter how much I believe it is actually the truth, I would have to suppress my opinion and introduce it as fringe. I personally would rather not mention it until I find an english reference rather than have to introduce it as fringe myself.

Finally a lot of the people on Wiki are not impressed by academic profile no matter how prominent, and so it is best to keep this underwraps as I my self have learned to do. This is to our advantage, because if we do make a silly mistake (e.g. your Hurrian Hurrit mistake) we are not likely to loose as much respect as we would if people do not know our true positions. I am not innocent in this respect either, for I myself was lost faith in you when I saw your contradictions regarding Habiru (they are Alarodian, they are not alarodfian) & Hurrian (they exist they dont exist). Remember they only see outr names on books and forget that it takes months of focus to bring all the facts one may read in a book together. Usually we are just as absent minded as any one of them.

Cheer up and please contact me if you have any trouble, I would be happy to listen to your POVB and try and find out the root ocause of misunderstanding. :o) Zestauferov 09:05, 3 May 2004 (UTC)
