Howdy. I'm afraid I've had to undo your quote-fixes on Ebola. The angled quotes you're inserting are windows-specific (heck, I think they're IE specific) "smartquotes" which don't work across a full range of browsers, showing up instead as empty boxes or (in the case of mozilla-browsers, even on windows) as ?? marks. Yeah, it's bad typography, but browsers generally seem to suck in this regard. If you _really_ want to fix it, I'm afraid you'll need to put in HTML character special entities (which are portable) - but this is really too much work (and unfortunately makes the wikitext horrible to read).
