Hello everyone. A little bit about my interests. Well that seems clear from the fact that I have been contributing to the Corvidae info of late. I have an interest in all birds but find the intelligent crows fascinating so couldn't resist adding my contribution here.
I am from north east England not too far the wonderful city of Newcastle Upon Tyne and have access to some of the best countryside in the whole of the UK to see all types of wildlife. My other passion is plants (everything) so you may get some of my contributions there too!
Of late, I have been adding/contributing to the Bat (Chiroptera) section as this seems to be a somewhat ill deserved state of affairs for this often maligned group of fascinating animals.
You can sometimes find me online under the same name (steve_nova) at the best bird forum in the world www.birdforum.net Try it if you are interested in birds and other wildlife. it's really well laid out and some of the photographs submitted in the ever expanding gallery are just fantastic.
