Originally born of mixed parentage eleewhere, I was adopted and raised by a colony of aardvarks in Ruritania later graduating with a BA majoring in the study of Hungarian Goat Fromage Frais.
Aside from this slightly dubious account of my childhood, I now reside, and work on the Isle of Wight, a small island off the southern coast of England. My name derives from my university days in Wales where I was known as Dynamo Dave (in welsh David is "Dai" which is pronounced Dye) hence the derivative: Dainamo.
I am a moderate traveller of North America, Europe and Asia.
My main area of non vocational accademic interest is history, particularly British and American, but I also have interests in other areas such as Science, Literature and the Arts including Film and entertainment.
I am a hopeless prooff (case proven) reader so please feel free to correct any of the typos or grammatical fluffs that occur in my text.
One day I might be bothered to list the articles I have written or contributed to, but until then I will consider it a preoccupation of the anal. In this way I might forget and then find myself moaning at a badly written article that I wrote.
