'Tsesarevich (sometimes rendered Tsarevich in English, although this is technically incorrect) was the title of the Heir Apparent to the tsars and emperors of Russia (see Tsar).

- The Cesarewitch was a British handicap horse race at Newmarket, founded in 1839, and named for the Tsesarevich, who visited the United Kingdom (and who became Alexander II of Russia).
