How about saying what and where these muscles are, instead of using big words that Wikipedia doesn't even have? Also, the alleged sexual benefits should be mentioned and not left to the external links. --Zero 06:29, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)
Revision suggested
The wording of this article seems a bit too much like a promotional brochure ("Luckily, when these muscles get weak, you can help make them strong again."). I think it should be reworded along the lines of "the exercise is believed to..." to remove the whisper of bias.
