In regards to the statement:
"In everyday life an individual is some collection of thoughts and deeds that is considered an entity."
It is my guess that most people would disagree with that statement and rather consider an individual - first and foremost - as a distinct person. What persons are - is a disputable matter, but the above statement simply assumes a reductionistic stance to the issue i.e. a 'collection' of such and such. Also, there is much more to our mental lives than mere thoughts.

I think the last eight paragraphs that start with the line as mentioned above, need to be reworked, tightened, and references given when specific cases are mentioned.
