I think we may need to make this a disambiguation: there's a River Han in Korea, a large ethnic group in China called the Han, probably others.
I believe that there is also a Han River in Viet Nam -- I made a couple of changes to identify the river a bit it's still a stub - the Korean version of the river has definitely been significant bit of geography in its history.

The Han River, located in South Korea, is the confluence of the North Han River, which originates in Mt. Daedeok-san, and the South Han, which originates in Mt. Gumgang-san. The Han River flows through Seoul to empty into the Yellow Sea.
