Template:Bias Share International is a network of individuals and groups whose purpose is to make known the fact that the Master Maitreya is on earth and living in the Asian community in London. Share International could be classified New religious movement. It's utterly important that they claim Maitreya Himself is not a religious leader, but an educator, in the broadest sense, a World Teacher. The title Master, is only given because Maitreya is a Master over Himself and the forces of nature.
When we look back in history, humanity have been witness to many Masters, example: Krishna, Moses, Buddha, Christ and Mohammed. They have lived among humanity for times of need. In this period of time the Masters of Wisdom are again returning to live among us. Maitreya points that humanity has free will, and the Masters of Wisdom can not infringe that. Humanity must decide that they will listen to what the Masters has to say. He also points out that the Masters can only inspire us, because we have free will, and must decide for ourself if we want to follow His and the Masters of Wisdom's advices.
Share International claims:
- "[..] He is here to inspire us to create a new era based on sharing and justice, so that all may have the basic necessities of life: food, shelter, health care, and education. [..]"
Maitreya will make himself known to the world if enough people request this. The following will happen then according to Share International.
- "[..] Maitreya will be invited to speak to the entire world via the linked television satellite networks. On this Day of Declaration, we will see his face on television, but he will not actually speak. Instead, each of us will hear his words telepathically in our own language as he simultaneously impresses the minds of all humanity. Even those who are not watching Maitreya on television will have this experience. His energy of love will enter the hearts of all, galvanizing humanity to save the world. At the same time, hundreds of thousands of spontaneous healings will take place throughout the world. In this way we will know that Maitreya is truly the World Teacher for all humanity."
Benjamin Creme is a British painter and long-time student of esoteric philosophy. He has become the principal source of information about Maitreya emergence. Benjamin Creme has the ability to be overshadowed by a Master;
- "[..] It is an enormous, and embarrassing, claim to have to make -- that the Christ is giving messages through oneself. But if people can rid their minds of the idea of the Christ as some sort of spirit, sitting in "heaven" at God's right hand; if they can begin to see him as indeed he is, as a real and living man (albeit a divine man) who has never left the world; who descended, not from "heaven," but from his ancient retreat in the Himalayas, to complete the task he began in Palestine; as a great Master; an Adept and Yogi; as the chief actor in a Gospel Story which is essentially true, but much simpler than hitherto presented; if people can accept that possibility, then the claim to receive telepathic communications from such a closer and more knowable Being is also, perhaps, more acceptable. In any case, I leave it to a study of the quality of the messages themselves to convince or otherwise. For many people, the energies, which flow during the overshadowing, convince. Many who come to these meetings are clairvoyant in various degrees, and their visions of the overshadowing as it takes place is for them the most convincing evidence of all.[..]"
Various religious groups think of Maitreya as Antichrist. They believe we soon are entrying the end times. On the other hand, some believe we soon are entrying the New Age.
