Geography

Seven Springs is located at 40°1'23" North, 79°17'34" West (40.022939, -79.292850)Template:GR.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 3.0 km² (1.1 mi²). None of the area is covered with water.

Demographics

As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 127 people, 63 households, and 38 families residing in the borough. The population density is 42.6/km² (110.1/mi²). There are 888 housing units at an average density of 298.1/km² (770.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the borough is 99.21% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.79% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.79% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 63 households out of which 17.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.1% are married couples living together, 3.2% have a female householder with no husband present, and 38.1% are non-families. 34.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 9.5% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.02 and the average family size is 2.56.

In the borough the population is spread out with 16.5% under the age of 18, 2.4% from 18 to 24, 29.9% from 25 to 44, 34.6% from 45 to 64, and 16.5% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 46 years. For every 100 females there are 108.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 116.3 males.

The median income for a household in the borough is $48,750, and the median income for a family is $50,833. Males have a median income of $65,208 versus $24,167 for females. The per capita income for the borough is $42,131. 4.6% of the population and 0.0% of families are below the poverty line.
