Pedro the Lion is an indie rock band from Seattle, Washington, USA. Many consider Pedro the Lion to be a Christian band, but the members of the band do not like to be labeled as such.

Biography

Pedro The Lion was formed by David Bazan in 1997. Despite their many lineup changes, Bazan has remained the primary artist and musician behind the group since its formation. The band has released five full-length albums as well as several EP's. Bazan has guest starred for Damien Jurado several times. Current members include Bazan, Pedro the Lion's manager T.W. Walsh, and James McAlister of Ester Drang.
