Milotic is a fictional Water-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series of games. This Pokémon evolves from Feebas when it is enhanced with beauty-raising, blue Pokéblocks.
From the Pokedex: "Milotic usually live on lake-bottoms. If it senses quarelling, it will emit waves of pureness to settle the matter."
Milotic has made one anime appearance, in the episode, "Win, Lose, or Drew!" in which it won the beauty contest in Slateport City.
Wallace of the Sootopolis City gym has a male Milotic. It knows Ice Beam, Water Pulse, Recover, and Rain Dance.
It is similar to Gyarados in that both evolve from completely useless Pokémon into powerful and much sought-after dragon-like Pokémon. Unlike Gyarados, however, who has a vicious appearance, Milotic is very beautiful.
